*Monthly rates are based on the amount of square footage your plants require.

* Minimum square footage is eight square feet. (1 x 8)

* A six month minimum commitment is required. All accounts must be secured by a credit card VISA /M Card, Discover.

* Billing is all done electronically with credit cards or E check.

* Deliveries are included in Most of San Francisco and Mid-Peninsula cities as far south as and including Palo Alto. Many North and East Bay locations are delivery destinations.

* Additional charges may incur for some deliveries south of Palo Alto and some coastal Communities.
