All items offered are subject to prior sale; offers may be withdrawn with out prior written notice. Prices of plants and supplies are subject to change without notice. We make every attempt to label plants correctly, but in any event, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the plant involved.

We accept MC, Visa, checks and money orders. We do not ship C.O.D. If you wish to pay by credit card by fax or e-mail, please include your name as it appears on the card, account number, expiration date, CVR code (three digit number on the back of your credit card), billing address and day time telephone number.

California residents please add 8.25% sales tax.

Shipping Methods:

US mail, either Priority or Express Mail, Fed Ex and others by request.

Packing and shipping charges are based on the size of the plants and the method of shipping. Large, heavy or in spike plants may require extra shipping charges due to additional weight and packing materials.

Orders Under: $ 55.00 please add $ 10.00 for packing and shipping.

Orders Over: $ 55.00 or more please add 18% for packing and shipping.

We guarantee safe delivery of your plants.

Winter shipments will be held until weather and temperatures permit safe Delivery. Temperatures must be above 50 degrees at all points in the shipment process, in order to guarantee safe delivery. We use insulation and chemical heat packs to assist with winter deliveries.

We do not guarantee the blooming of any particular plant. All plants leaving our nursery are well grown and carefully inspected for any signs of disease, pests or viruses. To the very best of our abilities, plants leave free of disease and pests. Orchids are living things and can acquire pests and disease at any time.
